The Army Hammer Bro is the penultimate boss in Super Princess Peach. He is a Hammer Bro with a black shell and a black, spiked helmet. In the storyline, he is responsible for finding the Vibe Scepter, which allowed Bowser to kidnap Mario and Luigi, which is why Peach went to rescue them in the first place. In battle, he leaps towards Peach and can summon huge hordes of his Hammer Bro underlings. Like any boss in the game, he has five lives, so five whacks from Peach's magical umbrella will send him packing. Then the player goes on to fight Bowser in order to beat the game.
Oddly enough, the Army Hammer Bro doesn't actually throw any of his own hammers, instead relying on his underlings to toss theirs.
