Lakithunder is the boss of the optional World 7 in New Super Mario Bros. He appears as a Lakitu with a thundercloud and a black shell. In battle, he has 3 main attacks: tossing Spinies like other Lakitus, creating a lightning bolt directly below him, or swooping down low in an effort to ram into Mario. During the latter attack, Mario can cause him damage by jumping on him. After 3 hits, Lakithunder will be defeated and will drop the key to World 8.
