ElectroKoopas are turtle-like enemies that inhabit Isle Delfino in Super Mario Sunshine. When Mario gets close to it, it will fling its electrified shell at him, which will return like a boomerang. Before the shell gets back to it, Mario must stomp the exposed Koopa, defeating it. He cannot stomp the Koopa with its shell, since it would electrocute him. Besides this blue variety, there is also a red variety that clings to fences and a large green variety which is a very minor mini-boss. This green Koopa is presumably the leader.
