Recognize it? Probably not. Pupdozers have only appeared in Star 1 of the Flipsville Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2. Because of the spikes on their backs, they can't be jumped on, and because they are so brawny, they can't be Star-Spun. To defeat them, you must utilize the unique flip-grates found in this galaxy. If you Ground-Pound a flip-grate while a Pupdozer is on the other side, you will flip the grate and hit the Pupdozer's soft belly, defeating it. Interestingly and informatively, Pupdozers have the Ground-Pound symbol on their bellies, which is visible if you see them through a grate.
