Roketons are flying enemies that serve Tatanga in Super Mario Land. They only appear in World 4-3, when Mario is flying in the Sky Pop airplane. They fly their planes towards Mario, and if Mario passes them, they will swerve towards Mario and shoot a missile backwards. Mario must dodge this missile. They can be defeated by a missile from the Sky Pop.
P.S. Although the above artwork shows the Roketon shooting cannonballs forward, Roketons in the game are not able to do this.
