The Bomb Boo is a rare subspecies of Boo, appearing in Super Mario Galaxy & Super Mario Galaxy 2. When they spot you, they will float towards you whether you look at them or not. If you Star Spin when they are close enough, you grab onto their tongues and start swinging them around. They will begin to flash red if you do this. After about 5 seconds of swinging, they will explode in your hands, damaging you. If you Spin again before this, you will toss them. When they hit something, they will explode. The blast can damage enemies or break some objects.
